Compression Clothing

Girls wear yoga pants to keep warm and cyclist wear tight clothing to reduce the effect of air resistance. Companies such as 2XU and Skins have specialized compression wear for almost all body parts. Studies have not clearly shown any benefit of using compression clothing to improve athletic performance (ref 1). However, there are studies showing that compression clothing aids recovery (ref 2 & 3).





What are alternatives to compression wear that you can use in the summer? Why does Eric Snaell not use them in the summer?
